Renee's real name is Serena but they call her Rini so that there would not be a confusion. Rini is the daugther of Serena and Darien(Sailor Moon and Tuxedo Mask) of the future.

When Rini says this she will convert her Luna look-a-like toy into any simple object of her choice.

When Rini shout this out a pink beam from the sky point directly at her and she start to flow up into the sky which will take her back to the future.

When Rini says this she will transform into Sailor Chibi-Moon.

Pink Sugar Heart Attack

When Chibi-Moon says this to use her Moon Rod. The attack usually causes only small fireworks (in the shape of hearts) to come out of the end, mainly used to distract enemies.
